THINSPOT function, enabling fast and precise spot welding.

For connecting the unit to the gas cylinder, it is recommended to use fitting 804208, which is positioned at the rear of the welding unit.

The PROTIG 231 DC FV is a pulsed DC TIG welding generator, very compact and portable. Its PFC technology allows it to operate from 85 V to 265 V and to achieve a very stable electric arc even on 100 m site extension cords. In stick welding, its Pulsed MMA mode facilitates vertical-up welds.

This inverter technology unit makes electrode welding easier thanks to direct current and its low power consumption
(230V-16A power supply).

It has an adjustment range of 10 to 170 A.
The digital amperage display allows you to be more precise in your work.

TIG welding allows you to weld thin thicknesses that you could not achieve with an electrode in MMA mode.

Welding possible on steel, stainless steel, copper, nickel... from 0.5 mm thickness.

TIG welding mode requires the use of a shielding gas during the welding operation (pure Argon).

Arc striking is achieved by touching the tip of the tungsten electrode to the metal workpiece and lifting it slightly to create the welding arc (TIG-LIFT striking method).

It features protection (+/- 15% variation) against electrical overloads, allowing it to be powered by a generator. However, the generator must supply a stabilized current.

Equipped with the following systems:
HOT START to facilitate arc striking, ANTI-STICKING which eliminates the problem of the electrode sticking to the workpiece, and ARC FORCE which increases the arc power when the welding arc is kept short.
VRD: This device reduces the voltage when the welding unit is switched on but not in welding mode; it thus ensures the welder's safety should they accidentally touch the electrode.

To be used optimally and at its maximum capacity (200A) under intensive use, this unit must be paired with a cooling unit and a water-cooled torch.

The electronic boards of the Rogue ET181i are protected by a special coating that insulates them from moisture and dust (IP23S protection). Welding and pickling with a single TIG machine
The Minarc T223 AC/DC is a brand new single-phase 220 A TIG AC/DC welding unit with an integrated electrolytic weld pickling process.

The Minarc T223 AC/DC includes standard and pulsed welding functions as well as memory channels and remote control options.
The adjustment controls are easy to use and the large, clear colour screen features a protective cover against impacts.

The new MAX Weldclean process is simple and quick to use.
Converting the TIG torch to pickling mode takes only a few moments. Your welds are clean, ready and perfect faster.

You weld, clean the welds with a low current and a cleaning solution, then neutralise with water.

The PROTIG 200 AC/DC (200 A) is a versatile dual-process welding machine for TIG AC/DC and MMA (coated electrode) welding, in a compact and portable format. It allows joining all types of materials up to 4 mm thick (steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, magnesium or titanium). Its advanced secondary regulation ensures optimal arc stability and constant current in all positions.

5 TIG WELDING MODES

In DC mode
Standard DC: welding in direct current on the majority of ferrous materials.
Pulsed DC: limits heat build-up in the workpieces. Ideal for very thin sheet metal.

In AC mode
Pulsed AC: limits heat build-up in the workpieces. Ideal for very thin sheet metal.
AC Easy: simplifies use of the welding machine thanks to predefined parameters. The user only selects the diameter of their tungsten electrode on the interface.

OPTIMISED TIG SETTINGS
SPOT mode (TIG DC or AC): fast and precise tacking before welding thin sheet metal.
2 types of arc starting: HF contactless or LIFT by contact for electrically sensitive environments.
3 trigger modes: 2T, 4T and 4T LOG. Automatic torch detection: compatible with latching and dual-button torches.

MMA WELDING
