CuSi3 MIG Wire – Copper-silicon welding wire for steels, bronzes and brazing
The CuSi3 MIG wire is a high-quality solid wire, based on copper (Cu) and silicon (Si ~3%), designed for MIG/MAG welding of copper alloys, particularly silicon bronzes, as well as for brazing galvanised steel and dissimilar material joining (steel + copper, copper + stainless steel, etc.).
Its chemical composition gives it excellent wettability, low porosity and very good welding behaviour, even on slightly oxidised parts. In addition, it provides a smooth and aesthetically pleasing bead appearance, with a light bronze colour, highly valued in visible or decorative applications.
